Islamophilia Has Become the New Anti-Semitism
The Canada Free Press ^ | 10/4/2010 | Daniel Greenfield

On a late summer evening, Omar Rivera stumbled over to a local mosque, clutching a beer bottle in his hand and looking for a place to answer nature’s call. He chose the Al-Imam Mosque and proceeded to urinate around its exterior, where there were apparently some Muslim prayer rugs lying around. Omar had committed what was a fairly commonplace act of vandalism in the city, public urination. When suddenly he became the poster child for the rise of a “New Islamophobia”.

Along with a drunken liberal arts student who slashed a Muslim cabbie, the media transformed poor Omar into the face of a new and terrible wave of hate directed against Muslims ...

The Fox and Friends folks showed the screen, but didn't mention it.

It was plain as day to me. Look at the bottom row, second frame from left.

There was also pagan and, unfortunately Christian, anti-Semitism, which preceded Islam. Hitler himself defined fascism as “spontaneous return to the traditions of Rome.” In his own mind, he was interested in returning back to the Greco-Roman world that had not yet been infected with the Judeo-Christian virus, yet using the latest Social Darwinian Aryan science to get them there. He, of course, also had a strong outreach to the Muslims when he was alive because of their own strong anti-Semitic legacy. Islam’s anti-Semitism also came out of pagan anti-Semitism.

As far as Christian anti-Semitism goes, as bad as it was, this should perhaps not be surprising since many pagans became Christians. Their anti-Semitism was therefore a carryover from their pagan past, which often never got straightened out, even though the Bible itself strongly teaches against it.

I did see the piglets but it didn’t register - I think I was seeing red at the time.

I don’t know who wold be a turbaned man with a “glow” around his head other than Mohammed.

And given his issues with pigs and women, I feel confident opining that that is Mohammed.

It appears the loser is, indeed, an equal opportunity offended.

I actually think the omission of mention about the mohammed picture was a set up -— to portray Christians as radical as the muslims.

I think we Christians ignore the insult to Christians —— it merely give this “artist” press.

Instead, get the word our about the mohammed picture.

Spineless, half-arsed version of Stockhole Syndrome, but very real all the same.

The American options are Boeing's F/A-18 Super Hornet – a single-engine multirole fighter that perhaps struggles to meet Tokyo's need for a twin-engine, air-superiority jet – and Lockheed Martin's F-35 Lightning II, an expensive choice that is still under development and which could only be supplied to Tokyo off the shelf.
The F-18E/F is a dual-engined fighter-bomber. Unlike the Typhoon, it is a naval fighter designed for anti-shipping operations from the beginning.
The Typhoon may be a better choice than the Super Hornet or the still non-operation F-35C, but let's get basic facts straight.

Isn’t Omar a middle eastern name?
Yes it a Semitic name. "Omer" is Hebrew (Esau's grandson). Umar/Omar is an Arab name. All have the same meaning. It should not be confused with Omri.
As a Biblical name, Protestants use it. Omar Bradly comes to mind.
