When Senator Dodd took kickbacks to spread these shady practices, Attorney General Dick Blumental looked the other way. Hartford’s Insurance industries went bankrupt. And Connecticut taxpayers paid the bill. Now, that outside criticism has finally forced Chris Dodd to step down, Dick Blumenthal expects to take his job. Outrageous.”
