Why are psychopaths like him allowed to walk the streets? So more innocent people will die horrible deaths? I’m sick and tired of the decline of this society, brought on by people who think they’re doing good deeds.
The stupid judiciary keeps giving all the wrong people the breaks. He should have been kept locked up. Same with Manson, same with so many. Same with one loon after another who has done so much damage. Like the Dugard rapist, he NEVER should have been walking the streets.
