'Moderate' Islam's PR nightmare

Faisal Shahzad had one last moment in the spotlight yesterday before being shipped off to a lifetime behind bars for his attempt to explode a car bomb in Times Square last May.

Not surprisingly, he took full advantage of his soapbox and captive audience.

"Brace yourselves," he warned, "because the war with Muslims has just begun. Consider me the first droplet of the flood that will follow. The defeat of the US is imminent and will happen in [the] near future."

First droplet?

Sorry, Faisal, but that war started on Sept. 11, 2001.

And most New Yorkers get it.

Still, Shahzad now will have a long time to pursue his perverse fantasies of America's demise.

While he rots away in prison.

"We are proud terrorists, and we will keep on terrorizing you," the Pakistani-born immigrant told Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum. "If I'm given 1,000 lives, I will sacrifice them all for the life of Allah."

Dream on, buddy. Better off dropping the visions of glory and start considering how truly tedious life on the slow boat to martyrdom is going to be.

Shahzad claimed that, in rigging a car with explosives in the heart of the theater district -- after receiving training and money from the Pakistani Taliban -- he was acting in accordance with the Koran, which "gives us the right to defend, and that's what I'm doing."

I have known a few muzzies... they ALL state that 9/11 was our fault... they all say that they will rule America with sharia law... they are America's enemy... they are my enemy... we are at war with them and there will be open warfare in our streets one day. I really dont like doing this, but there is a a lot of “chatter” over here about the next attack — the mood is very much like the summer of 2001 and so I do think that something is going to happen soon. -— and so... for what it is worth - the specifics... 24 December - theaters + shopping malls in multiple locations.

My wife is in NY right now... Security is everywhere... London is on high alert. abc reported that they are bracing for a certain attack... they know. I agree with you. Life for muzzies in America will become unbearable if they attack us again... that is just reality.

MI5 stated that an attack is “imminent”... as reported by george stephanopolis on abc this morning. If you think that life will go on normally for muzzies if we lose another 3000 Americans or more... you are simply wrong. I am not promoting violence... but I know what will motivate it.
