Corbett and Toomey. I can’t wait.
Corbett is running a great ad on not taxing the new gas industry like Orneryato wants. He states the Conservative position in clear easy to understand language. He isn’t muddying up the anti tax message like a RINO. I am becoming more impressed with him. I hope he’s not another Ridge. Toomey is just great.
It’s tough to put a label on Tom Corbett. I don’t think he’s a genuine conservative; I seem to remember him calling the Tea Party ‘nebulous’ and not wanting to have much to do with it. He also called the Constitution a living document. But on the other hand, he’s taking part in the anti-Obamacare lawsuit. That’s a long way to go for trying to pretend you’re a conservative.
Corbett’s probably not as solid as Toomey, but I’ll take him. Like you said, he’s putting out terrific ads and he already HUGE name recognition throughout the state, while Onorato doesn’t seem to be well-known even in his own county.
Pittsburgh aka "Little Chicago", for the way they do politics has been run by white ethic sounding named crooks since the days of Carnegie and Frick. Corbett is going to wipe the floor with this nobody. Funny how supposedly popular Fast Eddie Rendell is, quite the pariah this year, Onorato is his bu*t buddy. This even with even with Hannity sucking Fast Eddie's knee caps as much as he can. Onorato suffers from a chronic lack of charisma, a stale debunked message and being a liberal Dem just not trust worthy in todays political climate. I say he loses 55 to 45 and crawls back to Allegheny County where he can think up other goofy taxes to keep the buses running with 4 people on them. The drink tax is a classic case where Blue Collar Gimmee Gimmee Democrat Slobs got bit by their own dog. Vote for taxes on the rich will ya, Union hack, guess what how's that drink tax on your Scotch and Soda hanging with ya. Dummies.
I will hold my nose and vote Corbett. We had a better option but the PAGOP pooched us.
