I would be happy leaving the limit at .08 if they would increase the penalty to life without parole for vehicular manslaughter, with the death penalty for those convicted of VH who are repeat DUI. I agree, and also think that people drunk driving (really drunk, not the slightly impaired people that weren't sure or not) should be charged with attempted murder.
