Its not true.
That name IS the most popular amongst British Muslims, but its neither the top name in London or the UK. I can assure you of that. The top names are still good Anglo-Saxon/Celtic names like Jack, John etc.
As for population, 3-4% of the UK is Muslim (and that includes white and black converts). Britain and Europe (even France) will NOT become majority Muslim in this century or ever.
