People on this thread seem to believe they are being very witty by dismissing this, but I would suspect it was a serious threat.
Obama has virtually given the terrorists the green light for another attack (”the US can absorb it,” i.e., we won’t fight back), and they have obviously stepped up their plans.

I think the union baggage handlers didn’t notice that he didn’t have a badge until AFTER they noticed that he was working too fast.
I agree. And there should be kudos for the other two handlers for being aware and heads-up enough to notice that the other one didn't have credentials. That's the sort of things that can save lives.
That's how plots get foiled. Somebody notices something that's JDLR: Just Don't Look Right... and acts on it. It's something we all need to be doing. It isn't time to let our guard down yet.
Good thing to remember. The times that plots have been foiled are always because somebody thought, hey, that's a little wierd.
