A global deal on emissions curbs by airlines struck late on Friday will allow the European Union to press ahead with plans to charge airlines for emissions permits from 2012, the European Commission said on Saturday.

How can they tell what’s fraudulent in a system that’s fraudulent as a whole?

...educating police on how to keep criminals out of the global carbon markets. I guess this is why they are too busy to keep illegal aliens out of the country. (Yeah,I know. It's Europe. But Europe has problems with illegal immigration also.) IMHO, EVERYONE involved in "global carbon markets" is a criminal.

If there is to be honesty in environmentalism then government must not be involved.
Actually that goes for anything.

Isn’t the fact that the rest of the world is concerned about fraud in the global carbon market reason enough not to get involved? The author writes that “US climate legislation languishes” as if that is a bad thing. 20 years from now Mark S. is going to be thanking those of us who put a stop to the ponzi scheme known as “global warming”.

While US climate legislation languishes, the rest of the world is already taking the next stepeducating police on how to keep criminals out of the global carbon markets.Well duuuhh!! The real criminals are the crooked politicians, fake scientists & economists who are pulling off the biggest con game in history on the entire world using the fake science of global warming/climate change!!
