That’s the only remedy. Along with the wonder-drug Sumitriptin and hot herbal packs. AND IT STILL TAKES HOURS!
I’m all better now. My theory is it was triggered by a massive traffic jam on I95 today in which i was caught for hours in the baleful tropical sun in the brightest part of the afternoon. Even though I had the A/C in the car, ther was no escaping the photons.
Yes, that sounds plausible! I get just “regular” headaches from too much sunlight. I happen to like cloudy days best. They sooth me. :D
