Sometimes the rules need changing.

I have no problem with scaring the holy crap out of murdering scum that behead reporters,stone rape victims,and want to destroy the U.S.

If the other fellow hits below the belt,pick up a 2x4 and wallop him until he surrenders without condition.

Even FDR understood that demanding their unconditional surrender AND making it happen,was the best way to permanently deal with the Nazis.
