Florence Police Major Carlos Raines said Tuesday that someone placed the bacon in foot-high letters on a tiled walkway at the Florence Islamic Center between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday. That's a lot of bacon!

Defaced? BS, to deface something is to physically harm it, such as painting on it or chiseling into the stone or masonry. Putting easily cleaned up Bacon on a walkway does not constitute defacing the property. Just another biased news report trying to make the poor muslims into victims.
