Good morning Mr. Hasan. I want to introduce a few people to you. This is Dr. Kavorkian, this is Dr. House.

Now I want to take a few moments to introduce you to the procedure we are going to perform over the span of the next few months.

Dr. Kavorkian will begin the procedure today by conducting a simple amputation of your left foot. Now you will not be receiving any anestesia for this operation, and you will be restrained so that you do not accidently injure yourself. Dr. Kavorkian will quickly cauterize your wound so that you do not loose too much blood.

Then over the next few weeks Dr. House will see to your recovery, adminstering such preogressive methods as wholistic electric field reduction and vanilla pudding compresses. Now you wont be receiving any pain medication during your recovery as studies have shown that nausea may be possible if we give you something. This is to ensure that you are getting the best medical care possible.

Once your recovery is complete, or 3 weeks transpires, whichever comes first; Dr. Kavorkian will continue his procedure by cutting off your right foot. Again, you will not be receiving any type of anestesia and Dr. House will again nurse you back to health.

We will continue your treatment until such time as your limbs are gone, and you beg for the death that you have inflicted on the victims you mercilessly shot.

Then we will end your life in some completely inhuman way, though we are not going to disclose the method to you until the time comes. That will give you time to ponder by what horrible means we will end your life. And as you snuffed out the life of so many patriots, your life will then be forfeited.
