She did great but yes, she could have at least mentioned Kelo. Eminent Domain and the Kelo Decision pissed everyone off. Talk about government overreach.

But that decision was 2005, Sandra Day O’Connor wrote the decision. This was pre-Roberts court and not a recent decision. Wolfe insisted on something recent? IF you are a conservative there hasn’t been a lot “lately” to take exception to.
