I disagree. You are looking for a way to get Jews to 'admit' that they somehow deserve to be brutalized. It is easy to reach this conclusion with your own words...
If the victim believes that he is totally innocent and that the persecution is irrational, there is little, if anything, that can be done to remedy the situation.
You have answered your own question with this assumption. The your conclusion applies more to the questioner than to the questioned. So, in essence, you are defending criminal actions.
If you choose to take the position that any question about the Jews is an attempt to justify evil, all discussion becomes futile. When people can no longer discuss issues, only horrible things will follow.
