"Allegedly" should not be in play at this point and should never be in play. When you kill/wound the shooter WHILE HE IS SHOOTING PEOPLE, you have already proved your case. That was from an article published immediately after the incident (Nov 6, 2009). I suspect the "Allegedly" referred to the number of people shot by him. Perhaps it hadn't been 100% confirmed at that point that he did all the shooting.

Hasan, an Army psychiatrist . . . In my experience, having known as friends or acquaintances, several psych majors, most of them were at least borderline nuts.

If America does not execute this jihadi........ He should have been executed on the spot by the cops the day this happened. After he was down, the cop should have walked up to him and put several bullets into his head.
