PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. -- Mexican drug cartels have plotted to send assassins into Arizona to murder bandits who are stealing drugs from the cartels, according to a U.S. Department of Homeland Security memo obtained by CBS 5 News.
A CBS 5 News law enforcement source said the memo was sent to several law enforcement agencies in May.
The memo said, "We just received information from a proven credible confidential source who reported that a meeting was held in Puerto Penasco in which every smuggling organization who utilizes the Vekol Valley was told to attend. This included rival groups within the Guzman cartel."
The Guzman cartel is one of the most powerful and dangerous cartels in Mexico.

This can’t be true. I saw a Goddard ad a couple of times last night in which he tells Arizona that, as the Arizona AG, he has sealed the border tighter than a drum, stopped all drug activity and put all of the drug smugglers, human traffickers and illegal aliens in jail. All this while Jan Brewer has been doing nothing. That Terry Goddard is quite the All American hero if you believe his campaign ads. Unfortunately, many are dumb enough to believe them.
Rival gangs fear for their own families because in the Mexican drug wars, family members are included in the fighting. Many of these ganglords are starting to send their kids into the US to attend US public schools. Problem is trouble will eventually follow these kids. We are waiting for a day where assassins will shoot up a school yard during recess just to kill the druglord’s kid. If innocent students and school staff happen to be in the way of the flying bullets, too bad.
Brewer’s mistake on which side of the border headless bodies have been found soon may no longer be a mistake...
Let's face it folks the Federal Gov. is complicit in both illegal alien and drug smuggling. Until they prove otherwise, by their behavior it's apparent they are keeping that border open to allow people and drugs into this country.
We need to rid ourselves of every elected official who's in office now.
Nice job McCain and those who voted for him in AZ.

Every Demonrat politician, and every Rino will and do have blood on their hands the longer this continues.
There will be a citizens war if the cartels start something. My money will be on the “good old boys”!

Oh, wait ... never mind ... we don’t have troops or National Guard or even a volunteer citizen militia on hand to face the smugglers in battle. So I guess we lose this one.
