I believe the Gummint will eventually require Onstar devices on all vehicles, so that they can dictate how many days/week I can drive my Gas-Guzzling, CO2 emitting, Global warming causing, evil and immoral SUV. Benefits to the Police state will come as a happy side benefit.

Now here is a story, I don’t condone it but here is the story.
A good friend of mine bought a new Chevy with Onstar. He went out and got a bit plastered. He ran the car into the ditch and the air bag went off.
He told me he sat there a couple of minutes getting himself together and when he opened the door the police officer was standing next to the car. Summoned by the onstar.
