Onyx, try going here first:
http://live.cnn.com/
Then click on the Sarah Palin feed.
I had the same problem when going directly to the feed. It said that my popup blocker was blocking the feed, but then I went to CNN LIve, clicked on the Palin selection, and it’s working just fine.

to temporarily allow .. ;)
