Kinda wonder how John Stewart feels about his comedy stunt being turned into a political rally.

They’re coming out of the woodwork now aren’t they? Bussing people in, flying people in who otherwise wouldn’t even make the effort. Got to get the body count up.

One thing about those racebaiters...they do sick together.
Comedy news shows and daytime talk...that's obama's winning combination (rhettchhhhhh).
I think obama is done worrying about November 2nd, he's already campaigning for 2012. We should be really tired of seeing and hearing him by then...I already can't stand to look at him.
The only thing I've got to say about oprah is, when you have to buy your whole audience new cars, and send them on trips, your ratings must be really slipping.
One thing about them amish...they CAN be bought.

Ginning up the illusion of popular support is a sign of desperation.

Don’t you love it when liberals have to spend their money to bus folks to attend their leftist rallies?
The money spent on these rallies is money that could have been sent to Democrat candidates.
Meanwhile, the Tea Partiers and other conservative groups can rally 500,000 to a Glen Beck rally and spend nothing so their money can go to support conservative GOP candidates.

Oprah to Fly Jon Stewart's Audience to DC Is that kinda the definition of an "astro-turf" demonstration?
To: mojito
This thing is pointless. Bus in people. Give away tickets. Because otherwise no one would show up. Hey, libs, it’s only effective if the people come because they’re driven by a cause. Restore sanity? WTH does that mean? WHAT does it mean?

Hmmmmm, all the freebies to get the attendance up at the rally. Pretty typical of left wing rallies.
To: ReneeLynn
It means they are going to a free comedy show.

Comedy Central-Viacom's answer to MTV-Viacom's "non-partisan" Obama townhall meeting.
THe FEC and FCC needs to look at the funding of campaign rallies by Big Media.

It’s sort of sad really...to watch this spectacle (which started 11/4/2008)continue to unfold. They’re probably hiring janitors too...lol. Just to make sure the mall is clean after the fleabaggers leave this time. What an illusion they are trying to paint.

I fear Oprah. She went to Jeremiah Wright’s church for years too. At least she had the brains to publicly break with them before Obama did.
I loathe million dollar marxists who insist that I’m not paying enough for all the poor people in this world.

For a free ride on one of Oprah’s many private jets to visit Washington DC and hold up a sign. I’d do it also. Is she paying for my hotel room at the Ritz Carlton also?
To: ReneeLynn
Look at it this way. It’s on the Saturday before Halloween. It’s a college crowd kegger. With celebrities.
You’ll be able to count the number of sober attendees on 2 hands.

“Kinda wonder how John Stewart feels about his comedy stunt being turned into a political rally.”
If you think the stunt was originally about “comedy,” I have a bridge to sell you.
