You are correct. It was money down a rat hole.
Gay males are promiscious. There will always be a “gay men’s health crisis”. To stop aids, within the “gay” male community, they need to give up their perverted lifestyle. Bush IGNORED that. He preferred to focus on the SYMPTOMS and not the ROOT CAUSE.
I’d like a REFUND on the money WASTED.
