As to Hoyer being a “flaccid old white man,” as one poster said earlier, I knew Steny back when he was a young white man. So, I can assure you he has always been flaccid. Not a fiber of muscle in his entire body, then or now.
It is the lake of integrity, not muscle, which will do Mr. Hoyer in some day. If not this election, then eventually he will be voted out or decide to not run again.
