While this gesture might have been noble I still fail to see why someone earning close to minimum wage would see the need to put his life on the line for his employer.

Bet he's laying in the hospital wondering the same thing...And they'll probably fire him for violating company policy.

Fact is, the owners and insiders running Walmart lose more money every two hours, than this guy will make in a life time.
