Women wanted to believe Obama was actually the guy he pretended to be; smart (everybody said so) smooth and competent. A good guy that that they could depend on to take care of the problems and do so with style. Now, they can see him for what he is; arrogant, condescending and threatening their financial security and that of their families as he creates massive change with no regard to what Americans actually want. In short: Obama has turned off many women - and millions more independents. He will not get them back because he will not alter his course. Instead, Obama will likely ‘double down’ in his last two years as president. It will be dark days for America but we’ll overcome and survive him. We’re Americans.

I share your optimism. Obama isn't "Satan", even though he often behaves like a minor demon. We've survived the Jimmy-Carter Years, the Cold War Stare-Down with the Soviets, especially 9/11/01, and we'll find the resiliency and innovation to survive baby-child-Obama & his Socialist-Muslim hordes.

AMEN! In November 2008, I thought it was all over for America, but no more!

WE ARE AMERICANS! After this bum is out of office, we WILL recover, and perhaps become stronger for it.
