The "brief P&G tirade" you refer to concerned somebody "discovering" something that looked vaguely like "666" somewhere in P&G's moon and stars logo.

I've never heard of the 666 and would have dismissed that as a bunch of dumb arses.

Check out the three curls at the end of the Man in the Moon’s flowing mustache, at the 4-o’clock-to-5-o’clock position on the logo. Easy to see how a dumb-arse who wanted to raise a squawk could find the justification.
