The new HFA propellants work for some, don't work as well for others, don't work at all for others, and for those like me trigger a massive asthma attack.
I have also been told that they are prone to clogging at the most inconvenient times.
The old CFC propellants had a medical exemption from the Kyoto Protocol (save the ozone hole) which like man-made global warming is based on junk science. The HFA propellants
were rushed to market, ignoring FDA safety protocols
in a political move by Clinton.
According to the FDA, "It is important to remember that it is the deep breath that you take with each puff that gets the medication into your lungs, not the force of the spray."
Rather ironic instructions for someone having difficulty breathing.
