There is no English Bill of Rights. England has no written constitution.
The English Defence League is a very rough bunch. Cameron is perhaps correct to warn them against crossing the violence line.

Yes there is an English Bill of Rights. It was created after the Glorious Revolution in which William the Orange took power and overthrew King James II. It was the first time that the Monarchy in England was put under law.

You are correct that they have no constitution. It's sort of a compliation of things like the Magna Carta, English Bill of Rights of 1689 etc...
