Only one percent (1%) are undecided at this point. H***! We voted 2 weeks ago. If we could, we'd vote again -- just the same way.

This race is over. There are next to no undecided and even if they all went to Feingold he’d still lose. Assuming Rasmussen is accurate and he usually is, this one’s buttoned up. We just need to seal the deal in Colorado, California and Washington and we’ve taken the Senate.

Any 18 year incumbent who is under 50% at this stage of the game is toast. Goodbye Russy.

That means that in Wisconsin, the RAT will have to win 54% to 53%.

If Feingold, Dirty Harry and Marxist Murray go down, it will be a great election night. Too bad we can’t clean out upchuck, too.

This race is over. There are next to no undecided and even if they all went to Feingold hed still lose.
Generally speaking - that's fair logic. However - the scenario I have been wondering about seems to have presented itself. That is - Feingold one week out and looking feeble. He will be thinking about a last minute dirty trick that has been on the shelf since first being discussed by a campaign consultant. As wrong headed as Russ is - he seems to be a decent person. He is assumed to have integrity. As one of the lowest net worth individuals in the Senate he is given the poor man's presumption of credibility and fair motives.
But now, that reputation, deserved or not, comes to the test. If he is on track to lose and if the only hope is a late-in-the-game false charge attacking his opponent - does he take the shot? We shall see - but you can imagine he his holding that desperate strategy in his hand and wondering whether he should or can pull the trigger.
I want to see him lose. But I lived in Wisconsin for nearly 40 years, and was disappointed by the politics there most of the time. I will believe it when I see it. And then I will be laughing at Dane County (and perhaps Milwaukee County). All. Night. Long.

The rub, of course, is that so many people have been dumbed down and/or propagandized up to the point where one of the prime perpetrators of where we are today—economically, national security wise and morally—still captures so many voters.

I plan to be at the Ron Johnson victory party at the EAA on 11/02/10.
However, the October surprise will still be coming from slimy Feingold, so we need to be ready to squash it; whatever it may be.

Careful what you say. Up here we're home to some interesting voting situations. Not saying this isn't good, it's great! But the reality is vote fraud is BIG! Remember this is home to free smokes and slashed tires! We need to keep our eyes open and not get overly optimistic.
