Jerry Brown mum on whether he will comply with new furlough order

With a new order extending furloughs for tens of thousands of state workers, Attorney General Jerry Brown has yet to say whether he will tell the roughly 1,800 employees working for him to start taking unpaid days off beginning next week.

Brown, the Democratic gubernatorial candidate, and other statewide-elected officials are still mulling over a week-old memo from the Schwarzenegger administration that mandates furloughs for members of their staff who are in unions that have not negotiated a new labor contract.

Of course he won't commit before the election.

If he announces that he won't follow the furlough orders, he'll upset the taxPAYERs.

If he announces that he will furlough, he will rile up the union thugs who currently support him.

Kerry had a plan to win in Iraq too. He wouldn’t tell us before the election and never did share it AFTERWARDS.

Either he lied or didn’t WANT us to win.

Based on the theory that the first sign of insanity is to do the same things over and over and expect different results, there is no doubt that the CA voters are certifiably insane if they vote for this former joke of a Gov.

He needs to warned about a recall effort underway as soon as he takes office. If he does.

If I read this post correctly, Brown will have to inform the workers by this Friday that they will be off some days next week.
That would be BEFORE the election.
