Wow, you looking for a libel suit? Or are you a member of Coons' campaign just trying to smear conservatives for making things up and posting misleading information? Or an attorney looking to encourage broad fishing expeditions?

Note: "At all times relevant to this matter, defendant Thomas P. Gordon was the County Executive of defendant New Castle County and defendant Sherry L. Freebery was the Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”) of the same. Presently, defendant Christopher A. Coons is the County Executive of defendant New Castle County and defendant David W. So? Chris Coons was not an Individual Defendant. I guess you didn't even read the very first sentence:

Finally, "(1) Plaintiff’s claims against defendants Christopher A. Coons and David W. Singleton are DISMISSED;"

Quite easily dismissed, I might add, though IANAL.
