“New reports are emerging that could spell trouble for Patrick Murphy’s campaign after it was revealed that his campaign manager controlled a post office box where voters were being instructed to send their absentee ballots. The ballots were then re-mailed to the county Board of Elections.”

This sounds like a felony to me.

I think that we could go three-for-three against Democrat usurpers named Murphy this year:

Patrick Murphy (PA-08, 48% for Bush in 2004), won seat from Republican Patrick Fitzgerald in 2006. Patrick Fitzgerald is poised to take back the seat on Tuesday.

Chris Murphy (CT-05, 49% for Bush in 2004), won seat from Republican Nancy Johnson in 2006. Sam Caligiuri has a good chance of taking back the seat on Tuesday

Scott Murphy (NY-20, 54% for Bush in 2004), won open seat in 2009 special election replacing Kirsten Gillibrand, who won the seat from Republican John Sweeney in 2006. Chris Gibson is poised to take back the seat on Tuesday.
