Kasich wasn’t involved in what happened at Lehman Bros. Yes, he worked for them, but, in a 2-man office. Its just another dirty DEM trick, and I’m not buying it. I don’t think Ted has done much for our state, and our SOS, Jennifer Brunner is a Soros shill. I want them all gone!

If Kasich doesn’t turn this state around, then he’ll be gone in 4 years too.

Kasich is walking into this:

(See Ohio. In Dec 2010, time is up.)
Plus small business owners are planning for the collapse from Fed policy. Input costs are too damned high. There’s another tsunami coming soon.

But aren’t those union commercials that mention Lehman silly?

I think I heard one of those doofus commercials the other day. I'm like, "Are you guys for real?" Why not run on Ted "Turnaround Ohio" Strickland's record in Ohio? Oh. That's right. They can't without mentioning the over 400,000 jobs lost here! I mean, hey. If Kasich did have a hand in the Lehman Brothers mess (which, to be perfectly honest, I don't even know what that was about; did they get bailed out?), then okay. That's fair game. But if this is just a smear tactic of guilt-by-association, then spare me. Ted "Turnaround Ohio" Strickland was supposed to turn around Ohio from the mess of Bob Taft. Some turn around! He made it worse.

While some of their McCain polls were off, the OH people tell me that Kasich's margin has not really moved off a lead of 4-6, ever. They never had him up 10, and it's never below about 4. So I'm not concerned.

Apparently a big ad buy by the Dems had everyone concerned, but they blew it. Their ads weren't structured right, and basically they wasted their money.

Bye, Ted.

I thought from the very beginning that Kasich was going to win by 5 points. I'll stick with that prediction.

I also thought that Portman would win by 10 points. Looks like I'm going to be wrong on that prediction. Looks like Portman wins by 15-20 points.

Ted “Bundy” Strickland - mass murderer of 400,000 Ohio jobs. Or is it Ted “Kaczinski” Strickland - Unibomber of Ohio's economy. Millions for “green” jobs, nothing for real jobs.

Obama is coming to Ohio this weekend to campaign for Ted, but insiders are saying B.O. is simply trying to build up some extra cash in the Dem campaign fund for 2012.

It is my understanding that there were other things in the assault weapons bill that made Kasich vote against it.

You know how bills can be, and how Rats operate.

I'm not sure what the details are, but I believe that B rating from the NRA is the result of the one vote with extenuating circumstances.

Plus Mary Taylor has an A rating and Strickland's running mate has an F.

No one who is concerned about the 2nd amendment should be worried about voting for Kasich. Voting for Strickland or staying home and voting for Strickland by default is something I would be very concerned about.

Remember this shot of Doofus and Doofus in Ohio?

Wouldn't you love to see Obama with Strickland dressed like this and saying, "I'm gonna get me a huntin' license" like Kerry did? LOL!

Um...does that mean if someone worked for GM or Ford you’d have a problem with them, too?

There won’t be a second amendment at any level if Dems stay in power, period. An anti-gun Republican at this point is better than Gunny R. Lee Ermey, if only because we won’t have any other freedoms left to defend if the Dems stay around much longer.

If they were in an executive level position and ran the company into the ground then yes. Hence I'm not a big fan of Carly though I do hope she beats Boxer. You can vote for people simply because they have a (R) next to their name if you like. I try to vote for the best candidate.

All very recent polls have Kasich up 4 to 6, except a Time/Cnn poll that had the race essentially tied. Draw your own conclusions.

In both examples you’ve given, the “R” is still the better candidate.

Kasich, however, didn’t “run the company in the ground.” He managed a two-person branch office.

That’s akin to saying that a branch manager at a small town branch of Bank of America was responsible for their issues.
