What you are talking about is reason for church discipline, if that exists anymore.

If she sticks to voting as if the federal government is only supposed to do what is listed in Article 1, section 8, she is doing her job as a senator. Otherwise, she would be in need of replacement in a few years, as I expect a number of the new GOP legislators will be.

Someone maybe ought to talk to her about repentance, if you can believe the neighbors and if they are not bearing false witness for political reasons. She would not be the only one who needs it.

Regardless of who you vote for, you’re going to vote for a sinner. Better one who can recognize right and wrong, even if they fall, than one who says they intend to go about perpetuating government evil full steam ahead.

You are right that all are sinners. I agree. However, O’Donnell has demonstrated that she has an integrity problem. She lied about so many things during the campaign, I have no reason to believe that she would be a principled conservative.

She lied about her education, she lied on a conservative radio show when confronted with her previous lies about her prior electoral performance, she lied about her lawsuit against a conservative organization (using a femi-nazi cause of action), she lied by presenting an image to the public that she doesn’t abide by in private.

If she lies about these things, why should I give her the benefit of the doubt? Especially when there are other options? Would you take away my right as an American to point out my misgivings or to select another candidate who better fits my values? I’m not saying to support Coons, as he also is a liar and a marxist to boot. However, one can support one of the other options on the ballot, or write in a better candidate.

Real Freedom means that I might not support the candidates that you like each and every time. If you want to vote for O’Donnell, fine. I’m not telling you not to. I’m telling you why I can’t support her.
