WASHINGTON -- In a move criticized by human rights organizations, the Obama administration has decided to exempt Yemen and three other countries that use child soldiers from U.S. penalties under the 2008 Child Soldiers Prevention Act.
In a memorandum to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, President Barack Obama said he had determined that "it is in the national interest of the United States" to waive application of the law to Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan and Yemen. He instructed Clinton to submit the decision to the Congress with a written justification for the move.

In a memorandum to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton Attorney General Eric Holder, President Barack Obama said he had determined that "it is in the national interest of the United States" to waive application of the law Voting Rights Act to Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan and Yemen Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware and Florida. He instructed Clinton Attorney General Eric "Don't Call Me 'The Bag'" Holder to submit the decision to the Congress with a written justification for the move.There. Fixed it.

Well, our so-called illegal alien president doesn’t mind if we let a newborn die of exposure if the “mother” doesn’t want the baby (you can put “it” in a medical waste container), so it’s no surprise that this monster who lives in our White House would look the other way.
The end result of children, to this monster, is whatever suits the moment: ruthlessly kill them before they’re born, just after they’re born, and now it’s ok to let them be used as military fodder.
Nobama and Hitlery have so much in common that it stinks.

The article doesn't list the other countries Obama will give a pass to, but I strongly suspect that these other countries will share a common denominator with Yemen.
(hint: each of the countries, like Yemen, will be dominantly Muslim)

With the countries involved, it is not at all surprising. We must remember that in Obama’s jaundiced eyes, “people of color” who threw off the “yoke” of colonialism can do no wrong. He is a very sick man.

I suspect Obozo wants to make some American youths citizen soldiers for Obozo.
He likes to get those newly indoctrinated “youts” working for him.

Guess I should tippy toe by this article but guess I won't; way back in the day while in the Vietnamese highlands, we (U.S. Army) utilized Montagnards and Chinese Nungs quite frequently for some of our deepest LRRP's and insurgencies. Many of these troopers were very young, early teens for sure. Great fighters and absolutely trustworthy - unlike the Annamese...
