And what exactly would you base those laws on? You can’t use the Ten Commandments per your “not God in government” mantra yet you say taking them out of the courthouses was a bad idea? I doubt you have really thought about this much. Your own words contradict each other.

Until the last 60 years and the ascendancy of the left, and activist judges, and general anti-Americanism, America and it’s government leaders were very religious.
America was much better when the entire society and government was more religious.
