Yes from Yemen, where the AQAP are. It is pretty typical for them to do some sort of attack before an election. It won’t work in the US. And I believe this was the real thing. The conspiracy stories here are a bit much, starting to sound like truthers.
I wasn’t entirely sure what was up by the end of the ABC News Special Report when a drunken Diane Sawyer asked Brian Ross if they had tracked down the addresses in Chicago where the bombs came from with names and so on and he had to play it off like he wasn’t dealing with an alki anchor.
