President Obama asks GOP to find common ground

I don't remember him asking for common ground with the GOP when he was writing the Insurance bill. In fact, as I recall, Democrats rejected with arrogant ridicule each and every suggestion that the GOP offered.

The time for “common ground” has long passed.

You and your party will now reap what it has sown.

I do not like this Uncle Sam,

I do not like his health care scam.

I do not like these dirty crooks,

or how they lie and cook the books.

I do not like when Congress steals,

I do not like their secret deals.

I do not like this speaker, Nan,

I do not like this ‘YES WE CAN.’

I do not like this spending spree,

I’m smart, I know that nothing’s free.

I do not like your smug replies,

when I complain about your lies.

I do not like this kind of hope.

I do not like it, nope, nope, nope!

This shows just how irrational Obama is. What he call progress, most of the country calls a disaster. Why would anyone want to compromise over policies that have been shown to be harmful to the nation? The only solution is to scrap them and replace them with good policies, especially fiscal policies. Any elected official that supports Obama’s failed policies, will not get my support in the future.

President Obama asks GOP to find common ground

As long as he abandons his agenda, we can find common ground. I'm so glad he's coming to his senses...

Common ground?
I can think of three areas of common ground right off the bat.
  1. House Investigations
  2. Supreme Court Hearings
  3. Military Tribunals

Just sayin...

President Obama asks GOP to find common ground

Common Ground??!!??

Like...

Having a radical unelected group literally write the 2000-page Health Care Bill?

Calling Americans who disagree with you "the enemy?"

HouseDims locking out Republicans from the reconciliation discussions?

Allowing the First Wookie and the Boxer dumbell (18-year veteran!) from blatantly violating electioneering Laws with impunity?

Incompetence, lurching from crisis to crisis without a clue or breathless arrogance?

By telling us, your employers that we MUST accept a bill to be passed in order to know "what's in it?"

Americans cannot tolerate six more years of that, or four, or even a few months!

Arrogance and desperation is no way to "serve."

Boehner’s quote: “And frankly, it’s also a break from the direction in which Republicans were headed when Americans last entrusted us with the reins of government. The American people are in charge, and they deserve nothing less.”

Woo Hoo!!!

The incompetence and malice of these fools has brought us to the edge of the abyss. Republicans should put the nations safety and future first! That means turning back everything that Obama has done since taking office.

Obama should cross the isle and compromise with us if we wants to get things done. Not the other way around: We The People... are speaking.

Bipartisanship is such a bunch bs. You don’t win elections to compromise. You win election to see your agenda fulfilled. Why run as this party or that party just to give up your ideals and convictions. Where the Germans bipartisan when the bombed Pearl Harbor wink wink.
