In a few days, Rep. Raúl Grijalva will know if his call for a boycott of Arizona businesses had a negative impact on his re-election battle in Arizona’s Congressional District 7. “It’s a tough season,” the 62-year-old Democrat said as he crossed his arms on his chest and rested on a table in his Tucson office. “There is a lot of division. There is not much middle ground to talk about.” His eyes were emotionless behind his glasses as he talked about his race against 28-year-old Ruth McClung.

Much of the 2010 Election-Fail excitement surrounds radical leftist Raul Grijalva who is trailing political neophyte Ruth McClung by two points (Magellan Strategies poll).

Grijalva's anti-America/anti-Arizona hatred surfaced when he called for a boycott of his own state in response to Arizona's new policies on illegals.

Grijalva believes Arizona's new law, which requires law enforcement officials to demand papers from anyone they suspect is in the country illegally, is racist and does little more than “propagate the idea separate but equal treatment under the law can be codified,” Grijalva said.

Grijalva has a solid gerrymandered Dem district of latinos. He Chairs the leftist Congressional Progressive Caucus..........way too radical even for a Democrat leaning district.

LUKE21 POSTED: Republican idiots in the Arizona legislature took its most loyal GOP region, Yuma, replete with two military bases, and jammed them into this district, where they could have no representation at all. Yuma is on the other side of the state from Grijalva, in a weird gerrymandered district that has existed for three decades. Yuma County even voted for Bob Dole. True deadheads live in the district, and many of them are Hispanic, Anglo-hating bigots.

How did this guy ever get elected?

There has been accusations that 65% of 5000 voter registration forms, submitted by Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona, in Yuma County on the last day of filling are invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc.

These 2 groups have apparently "signed up" 20,000 states wide and they have requested that 45,000 be put on the permanent early ballot.

If 65% of these last minute registration forms in Yuma are invalid (may be more as they are still checking, then what is the percentages of invalid in Maricopa, Pima and other counties?

This is a very serious accusation that needs to be investigated to the fullest extent of the law. If this accusation is true then the perpetrators of this hideous crime against America citizens should be prosecuted to full extent of the law by Arizona Courts and not the federal courts as they do nothing on voter fraud and voter intimidation.

This is an attack against the sovereignty of Arizona and our freedoms .......... in favor of their socialist agenda.

The Yuma County Recorder’s Office said it has been processing an inordinately large number of requests for enrollment on the Permanent Early Voter List (PEVL). Each individual request is processed to verify registration and eligibility or status of registration. During this election cycle, the Recorder’s Office has processed over 14,000 PEVL requests and over 8,000 eligible voters have been added to the PEVL in Yuma County. The remaining requests were reviewed and rejected, under Arizona law, either due to the fact the request was a duplicate or the requestor was not eligible to vote in this election or within the jurisdiction. “

Two Texans busted in bogus ID operation in NJ

NORTH BERGEN, NJ -- July 21, 2006 -- Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity, authorities said. The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker.

The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses, passports and resident alien cards for any state in the US , said state police. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution. The Drug Interdiction Task Force, regularly runs checks.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. Authorities approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately. The Texas brothers consented to a search.

Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs.

All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street. Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 Social Security cards.
