Yup, they'll be finding ballots in car trunks and closets for weeks afterward, giving an appropriate amount of time for the ink to dry.

Just so no one thinks your were joking, they indeed found ballots in a car trunk and closets after the election that were incuded in the recount.
The final recount in the Governor’s race (Rossi/Gregoire) was Dec. 30th.
