You agree with him that fat, lazy smokers outlive trim, fit non-smokers?
He did not say that. He said he’s seen it happen. I think it happens more than some people believe. I don’t smoke and have never smoked. I reserve drinking for celebrations and other special occasions. I exercise (not as much as I should) and I do take care to eat a balanced diet.
But I don’t think half of this matters as much as the gene lotto.
