Q: What was the last thing to go through Will Rokos’ mind?
A: The No. 2 train!
(rimshot)
From her acceptance speech-
"I want to thank my mom who's given me the strength to fight every single day, to be who I want to be and given me the courage to dream, that this dream might be happening and possible for me. I love you, Mom, so much. Thank you."

She thanked many, many people, but her mother, who was sitting next to her in the audience, is the white parent. She never mentioned her father.
I feel the same way. It's one that I own and have watched many, many times and I always enjoy it. Billy Bob and Halle did a great job.
And don’t forget Heath Ledger as the tortured son. The acting was just great.
Stupid, nasty movie
Oh gosh, I can't believe that I overlooked poor Heath. God rest his soul. You know, even if the intensely emotional plot of this film may not be to the liking of everyone, it's really hard to dispute that the acting in it is superb.
