Illinois' 11th Congressional district has officially joined the list of seats swinging from Democrat to Republican holdings. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Debbie Halvorson conceded the race to her opponent, challenger Adam Kinzinger.

YooHoo Adam! He is one impressive young man. Illinois has done pretty good this election. 2 or 3 repfresentative pick ups. Kirk for Senate. I think the gov race is close but Quinn - D was leading last I heard. If he loses we did really well.
