If his room is 10 Lakh, and everyone else’s is (say) 1 Lakh then that’s 3010 Lakh per night just for accommodation. Which is a minute 1/30 of the total cost of this binge. The expensive food and 50 year Scotch will add another 1/30 of the cost.
I can’t think where the rest of the money is going. The cost of the depreciation on 40 747s is not that great - 200 million would buy a crisp new 747 each and every day.
