““Thanks”, Rove.”

Look as much as you may not like Rove for his comments he was correct. He knew what he was talking about. You had an outside group of people who came in and helped get O'Donnell the nomination then a bunch of outside money flowed in; the only thing you were missing were the Delaware voters. While we will hear the gnashing of teeth tonight that there is no difference between Castle and Coons. I will argue there is a big difference one will caucus with the Republicans and the other with the Dems.

FOX reporting that bitter butt hurt republicans were not unified behind ODonnell.

Democrats were solidly behind Coons, independents had a 3 point difference between the 2 candidates.

If this race is close, it’s on the establishment.

Rove was talking about a game that we are no longer playing. The Republicans stuck with the deal of running Leftwingtards in tough districts entirely too long.

Because of that we were not able to get filibuster proof Senates when we were in control, and on votes Republican legislative agendas were simply ignored.

We have a 6 year push going to put Conservative senators in place ~ PERIOD.

Rove may well catch on but so far he's pretty much acted as if he's deep in the throes of Alzheimers and is unable to think ahead a week or two.

I agree with you. I have never detected that Rove wanted O'Donnell to lose. As a matter of fact, I think he wanted her to win but there is no right or wrong to selecting O'Donnell as the candidate.

If it were certain she would lose, then it was the wrong thing to choose her as a candidate but no one knew that and she was far preferable to Castle as a senator. Unfortunately, there is a difference between being a candidate and being an elected lawmaker.

What's done is done but it's time to stop blaming Rove. Delware is a liberal state. Blame the voters.

Rove is an asshat self-fulfilling prophecy who worked against the duly elected republican candidate by the people to defeat her. He is a part of the problem... he is NO hero and he is NO sage.. he is a corrupt bastard.
