Indeed it is. I have fervently hoping for this. I don't live in his district. I live in an adjacent district (Cantor is my Congressman) and I have a visceral dislike of Perriello. He's been nothing but a rubber stamp for the Democrats and apparently has no understanding of the Constitution's limitations on government.
