Whether she has conceded or not is immaterial to the larger point, which is that there's overwhelming evidence that thousands of Nevada voters were disenfranchised. We can't keep screaming about unfair elections and yet do nothing. We've put together some hard data that we believe demonstrates that this race, based on such a wide deviation from multiple, reputable polls, does not jive with the polling/result relationship of other races.

Right you are! The time to do more then bitch is upon us. Our electoral process must be made error and fraud free. It’s going to be hard to do nationally with AG Holder but I hope it can be addressed locally. Our local system of ID verification, even neighbor to neighbor, appears to be fraud free in terms of voter eligibility but don’t know how the paper ballots/machine counting is protected.

There were a LOT of voters disenfranchised. The ones I’m most irate about are out troops, who were denied a right to vote by states like my own, NY, which didn’t send them their ballots at all. This is NOT the way our country was meant to be and it is something that has to be addressed from every angle. AND we have to make sure that people who are voting are actually citizens and have the right to vote.
