WA state didn’t send out the ballots in accordance with the MOVE act, so I believe a fairly large number of overseas military weren’t not afforded their right to vote...and a large percentage of military votes tend to go republican. It may turn out that the democrat violation of the law in regard to the military will turn out to be the deciding lack of votes.
