Sounds like “they” lost control of the main vote tallying computers, “extra” votes they had stored in the system and they were registered by mistake.
And a 58% voter turn out, yet Hennepin county reported 880,000 votes, even though there are only 706,000 registered voters.
Are we to believe well over 100% turn-out in any one county?
