I think the hearings should be postponed until after the new Congress takes over in January. That would hardly be showing mercy, because it would deprive them of a jury of their peers presided over by one of their own. Let the new Congress drain the swamp.
I agree. I will view any mercy on government crooks as a violation of Tea Party principles.
