But voting machines in Nevada now are designed and maintained to discern at distance that Harry Reid is good for a particular voter. Even if said voter acknowledge this even subconsciously. Even if said voter openly despises Harry Reid. Even if said voter didn’t recognize bothering to cast a vote.
Aah, the wonders of modern technology!
To defeat serial elections thief Harry Reid six years hence, the Republicans need a candidate vastly more popular than Sharron Angle with an insurmontable majority of votes cast by live, registered, eligible non-military voters, say perhaps 85-15. After discernment, processing, and counting, perhaps the Republican might come majority that even Harry Reid would concede.
Nobody lives forever.
How to cheat in mail-in elections in 5 easy steps:
1. It helps to be Democrat..
2. So that you can make friends among the 80% of postal workers who are sympathetic to your cause.....
3. Find out which ones do mail-pick-ups in Republican towns and neighborhoods.....
4. Tell each of them to throw away a lot of the ballots they collect (but not so many as to make the missing numbers too obvious). If you throw away 10% in all GOP areas, you will reduce their numbers much faster than reducing your own, changing the end result by 4-6% .
5. Better yet, do not actually tell the P.O. workers to do this, just set it up as a wink-wink joke so you will have plausible deniability.
Yes, I did live for 27 years in Cook County,Illinois, the ORIGINAL HOME of the easily manipulated Butterfly Ballot in which a narrow loss can be quickly turned into a narrow victory (all you need is a sympathetic judge, and a party-registration map, so you know where to cherry-pick.).
Why would the GOP stand on this when they wouldn't even stand with their candidate, Sharron Angle? Two of the top republicans, Bill Raggio (NV Senate stalwart) and Reno Mayor Bob Cashell both came out very publicly against Sharron. Says a lot about the NV GOP leadership (if you can call it that).
One thing that I found odd as I was watching the local returns: Brian Sandoval, the governor-elect, was running 20 percentage points ahead of his contender Rory Reid (daddy Reid's son). Brian did win, but by only 11 percentage points. Polls aren't accurate, but *that* far off??!! Sharron was also up in every poll by 3-5 points and she ends up losing by 5 points....?? My wife and I aren't the conspiracy type, but we both were very suspicious last night as we watched the numbers coming in.
